We recently helped put the finishing touches to a rental property in Beverley ready for new tenants to move in. The house needed new carpets throughout the second floor including the staircase, a new vinyl for the bathroom and a new entrance matting. For speed, the customer chose everything from our stock ranges so that we could fit it within a tight timeframe. We were able to get in and measure within a week and fit the following week, right before the new tenant could move in!
We work closely with a few letting agents along with multiple landlords and the most frequent feedback we get from them is that they value the reliability. They know they can contact us to go out to the property and pretty much leave the rest to us.
For this property it is also worth mentioning that the ground floor didn’t need anything but a clean. When the property was first purchased by our customer around 10 years ago, they chose Karndean and it has proved its worth by outlasting 10 years of wear and it still looks as good today!’
